Warhammer 40,000: Darktide not only inherits the best-in-class melee combat system from Vermintide 2, but also features an impressive WH40K-inspired shooting system. Find the balance between shooting and melee combat as you fight through hordes of enemies, and feel the impact of every swing and strike of a chainsword, or fry fresh flesh with a lasgun.
Die alone or suffer with the rest
Darktide is a team game. Don´t stray too far, or you´ll be punished by enemies just waiting to immobilize or grab lost Forsaken, like the slavering Chaos Hound or Moebian Trapper. Those who fall to such foes will only be saved by their comrades! And your inner fortitude - the determination to endure pain - is only restored when you´re near your strike team.
