The study of the problems of effective management of the investment activity of the enterprises of Russia is the current focus of modern financial management.
The purpose of this final qualifying work (WRC) can be considered the development and implementation of effective methods of management of the investment portfolio process as an example of a particular company - JSC "VMU", functioning on the territory of Voskresensk, Moscow region.
Tasks WRC determined by the purpose:
• reveal the economic content of the investment;
• identify the nature of investment planning;
• examine the nature and methods of assessment of investment management companies;
• submit a response of "MAS" and its economic activity;
• analyze the investment opportunities of the enterprise;
• Identify practical potential methods used in the enterprise performance evaluation of investment projects;
• Develop the concept of productive formation of portfolio investment policy of "BMY";
Object WRC - Open Joint Stock Company (JSC) "MAS" performing a variety of economic activities in the territory of the town of Voskresensk, and the area concerned.
The subject of the WRC is to investigate the economic relations resulting from its investment activities.
The structure is characterized by the introduction of the WRC, the main part, presented three sections, conclusions, bibliography and annexes
The basis of the study was the work of the leading domestic economists, such as VV Kovalev, IA Blanca, IA Buzov, GA Flywheel, VV Terekhova, EA Kucharinoy and other materials as well as manufacturing practices and development incurred in connection with the study of production.
