Checking your XBOX profile for regional restrictions:

If you have this error - you must create a new XBOX profile under the IP of the country (Argentina or Turkey) for which you want to create it (use Gmail). In the future, you pay for goods only from the region for which the profile was created.

Also, if you decide to buy goods from Argentina or Turkey at low prices, to a new XBOX account, you must unlink the old XBOX profile in EPIC GAMES and link a new XBOX account (this restriction can only be used once a year)
