All digital products sold by The Game Drawer are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered, as they are considered digital goods with uniquely identifiable properties that are tied to the purchaser.
However, we do understand that rare technical issues may occur. If you receive a non-working or invalid key, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your purchase. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we´ll do our best to assist.

– Mistaken or accidental purchases
