Sid Meier´s Civilization V: Brave New World is the second expansion pack for Civilization V, which was voted the best PC game of 2010 and received critical acclaim. This new addition deepens the game and allows you to play it again and again, bringing culture and diplomacy to the forefront and adding the possibility of international trade. Your influence on the international stage is determined by the masterpieces you create, the ideology of your people and your resolutions at the World Congress. As you advance through the centuries, you will make important decisions that determine your relationship with other civilizations.

Sid Meier´s Civilization V: Brave New World features nine new civilizations, eight new wonders of the world, two scenarios, four new game systems, and dozens of new units, buildings, and upgrades. All this gives you many new ways to build the greatest empire in the world.

• New cultural victory. Spread your culture across the globe and let other cultures bow down before it. Your great artists, writers and musicians will create their masterpieces stored in key buildings throughout your empire such as museums, opera houses and even the Great Library. Send archaeologists to explore ancient battlefields and ruins of cities, and they will find priceless cultural artifacts.
• New politics and ideologies. Once you reach the Industrial Age, you will be able to choose an ideology for your people: autocracy, freedom, or order. Each of them opens up a set of different possibilities for you and allows you to achieve victory in one way or another.
• World Congress. Diplomacy has become even more important in the game, and alliances with city-states are more important than ever. Change the world´s diplomatic landscape with the help of the World Congress, which decides on critical issues such as trade sanctions against a recalcitrant country, limiting the use of resources, the choice of cities for the World Games, or the use of nuclear weapons. Game-changing resolutions, vote-fighting, intrigue, and a new way to achieve diplomatic victory all contribute to an even more dynamic and exciting end game.
• International trade routes. Turn your cities into centers of international trade by land and sea. Give your citizens wealth and prosperity, spread your religious, cultural and scientific influence.
• New civilizations, divisions and buildings. Nine new leaders and civilizations are waiting for you, including Poland, Brazil, Portugal, the Zulus and others. Each civilization has its own unique abilities, units and buildings.
