💡 Your Epic Games account region must be Ukraine. If it is another country, we will help you change it — for free!
💡 Region change is possible once every 6 months (180 days).
💡 We change the Epic Games account region to Ukraine if it does not match.

❗ Support responds only during working hours.
❗ Refunds: a partial refund is issued (25% is withheld) if:
– the item has not been delivered and the customer cancels the order;
– the order does not match the description or selected option;
– delivery cannot be completed due to the fault of the PSN service or the customer;
– the item was purchased outside of working hours and the PSN discount ended after the store opened.
❗ A 25% fee is withheld if it is not possible to change the region on your Epic Games account.
In all other cases, NO REFUNDS are provided.
