❗️ Returns and liability
Refunds are not possible after the skin has been successfully sent.
If the error is due to incorrect data or the buyer´s failure to comply with the terms, such as the skin disappearing from the store, a partial refund is possible with a deduction of up to 20%.
If the error is due to the seller´s fault, the funds will be refunded in full.
