he specified complaint was prepared by the regional Office of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-being in connection with the refusal of the contractor to return the money paid by the customer for paid medical services.
The contract concluded between Maria Lionsa LLC and the customer did not meet the requirements of the law, and therefore, Rospotrebnadzor brought the legal entity to administrative responsibility under Article 14.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (attached).
