After a successful top-up, if you want to repeat the order, please wait 10-15 minutes, as the funds may be stuck and you will have to contact Steam support to receive them.

❗Refund Policy:
1. Refunds are not possible after a successful top-up. Even if you topped up someone else´s account and the top-up was successful, we cannot refund the money.
2. If you made a mistake and topped up a NON-CIS account, the top-up will not be processed. In this case, if you request a refund, a 20% fee will be charged.
