5. Calculate the pH of an ammonia buffer system containing 0.5 M each of ammonium hydroxide and ammonium chloride. How will the pH change:
a) when adding 0.1 M hydrochloric acid solution to 1 liter of this mixture;
b) adding to 1 liter of this mixture 0.1 M sodium hydroxide solution;
c) diluting the solution with water 10 times.
pK(NH4OH) = 4.75.
